At Least 13 Wounded, Including Two Children, in Drone Attack on Belgorod

At least 13 people, including two children, were wounded in a drone attack on Russia’s border city of Belgorod, according to regional authorities.

Acting Governor of the Belgorod Region Alexander Shuvayev said on the Max messenger that the city had again come under a large scale drone attack.

According to Shuvayev, two children were among those injured. A four year old boy was taken to hospital after sustaining injuries to the chest.

Another child, a nine year old boy, was treated at the scene along with three adults and did not require hospitalization, he said.

Eight of the wounded were admitted to various hospitals in Belgorod.

The acting governor blamed the Ukrainian side for the attack and described it as part of a large scale drone assault on the city.
